Practical guides for Period 1–4 AIT branch exams. Alberta-specific. CEC 2024 updated.
What's actually on the test, where apprentices most often fail, and how to build a realistic 8–10 week study plan around a full-time work schedule.
The 2024 CEC came into force in Alberta on April 1, 2025. Here's what it adds to Period 1/2 exams and which ILM sections changed.

Apprentices work 40+ hours per week. A realistic, week-by-week study schedule that fits around your shifts and leaves you ready for exam day.
